Though I'm not much of a fan of musical theatre, "Colored Lights" showcases Deborah Gibson's other talent as a stage actress. Which her voice range from sensual ("Maybe This Time", "Let Me Entertain You") to emotional ("Own My Own", "I'd Rather Leave While I'm In Love"). Also "Sex" from "Skirts", a musical Deb wrote.
It's a good album, though only listen to it once in a while.
Like on the lyrics in "Let Me Entertain You" from "Gypsy", she's very versatile.
