An original list...

50 Worst Songs of the 1990's

Not listed: country songs since I can't stand the whoe genre and I rather focus on rock, pop, and rap instead...

Technically, I only like some old school rap songs from the early 1990's, but can't stand the majority of the hardcore gangsta rap and anything after 1994... Listed some of the most overplayed, though the majority of my peers were heavily into hardcore rap...

Too bad you can only vote for one song. But the Whitney Houston song tops them all. Her singing is UNBEARABLE in it.

Most of those songs were bad but "Ice Ice Baby" was just terrible.  I don't know what was worse, the song, or that so many people bought that album?

Though I can tolerate "Creep" & "Karma Police"   from Radiohead, those are the only song titles (OK songs, though not the best) that can think of from the highly  overrated band...

Most of the other songs comes off as completely bland, dull, and forgettable

As for music videos from the 1990's. Pretty much would be about the same as the song list.

Though "Rico Suave" from Gerardo had hot women in early '90's fashion. Something "Unbelievable" from EMF, one of my favorite songs, lacked.
