21 years ago, "No More Rhyme" was #20, according to the 80s on 8 station

Have never heard that song on the radio before...  Cool

I keep missing the countdown. I heard on my way out of town Martha Quinn kept name dropping Debbie Gibson. I just couldn't remember what song was out this time back in 1989.  I was only 12 back then and didn't follow the charts that  closely.

That was the time that Milli Vanilli was getting all the attention and airplay.

The Top 40 countdown from 1989 is on the 80s on 8 XM channel.

According to Cashbox, which what they use for their countdowns, "Lost In Your Eyes" was at #2.

It seems like it was #1 the week of Valentine's Day.

Flubbed on last thread since that date was for April. On May 20th, "Electric Youth" was at #9 on Cashbox's Top 40. Played this week on the 80s at 8 Big 40 flashback.

Never heard that song on the radio. Cool
