There's a thread on the DGIF forum about this, but for non VIP members:

Deborah jokingly asked that we petition Harrah's to have her back. If we all email them asking for them to have her back she might just get a longer run at Atlantic City, or maybe even Vegas.

If she gets a longer run maybe she'll do a new album. I know she says shes waiting for the right label, but if she has a long run of shows it might be worth her doing an album independently, she should sell quite a few after the shows so she might just consider it.

It might be a long shot, but it's worth a punt. I for one want some new music. "Famous" & "Naked" are 2 of her best IMHO so theres a classic album in her just waiting to come out. Lets get her a nice long run at Harrahs and just maybe, we might get a new album sometime between now and 2012.

I emailed them last week and they got back with me rather quickly.  I wasn't sure if it was my gold total rewards card on how fast I got a response.  They said they will keep in mind to consider sponsering a tour for Deb at different Harrah's reosrts across the country.

wow! good idea Erica. That would be a full on tour. I emailed them (although I didnt actually go to the concert) so we'll see if they get back to me.

Has Deborah managed to pack every performance to the gills
Yes | No

Yes, have her back.
No, get lost.

It's that simple commercial decision.

a tour sounds good

Though never saw Deb perform live and actually not interested since I'm not into musical theatre and that I don't know anybody that would like to go either.

I kind of got the impression from one of her recent interviews that Harrah's and her are talking about her doing a Las Vegas show.  If it's a good deal for her I hope it goes through.

Yeah I got the impression too from what Deb said Harrah's in Vegas has been talking possible deals since last summer but nothing has come up yet.
