I recently found an album that featured a club mix of Riemy's "Speed Of Light" (1988), which was written by Deb (her version is on "Memory Lane Vol. 2") and was for a sequel of an early '80's  Dudley Moore film, which I forgot the title.

The song sounded different than Deb's version, which it had more percussion and more refined. But was still good and the singer's voice was decent. Deb's version had a bit of a synth pop vibe, IMHO. Though that wasn't popular or slowly fading in 1988.
