What do you prefer from Deb?

I enjoy her "Colored Lights" CD, despite that I'm not much into musical theatre and never saw her (or anybody) perform on stage. It shows her vocal range and talent as a stage actress. Especially "On My Own" from 'Les Miz'.

Also there's a recent musical based on her early songs called "Electric Youth The Musical".

I would say pop music, which got me into Deb in the first place.

Though some of her songs like "Must've Been My Boy" and "Too Fancy" sounds as if they're from an actual musical.  Smiley

At this point with no sign of any kinda of album in sight it doesn't matter.  I will, take anything.

I'm bumping this ancient thread since it's still relevant...

I know theatre is Deb's passion and she also  has talent as a stage actress, which she actually have done since she was a kid and even sang in a chior at the Metropolitan Opera House at 9. Also her dream at age 5 was to be a Broadway performer.

Pop please. Nothing agains Broadway tunes, but it gets boring pretty quickly for me. I almost never listen to Colored lights (only did a couple of times, and I don't even remember half of the songs), so... pop !
