Even with Deb's guest appearance as Rita's old friend Cindy,  it wasn't  good since there's a laugh track in every minute and the acting was horrible. .

Deb's character sang bits of The Bangles'  "If She Knew What She Wants". Deb's character was so & so, though could've been done  better like a bit snarky or rude.

As for the show in general, the comedy falls flat and there's a laugh track for every minute.

Yeah I agree the show was just okay.  I will say this at least her role was annoying like the Janis girl on the 80's show.  I will add this what an interesting name Cindy Shatz

What I find odd is that Rita (Nicole Sullivan) is supposedly middle class and arranged a dinner date for a fancy restaurant  with  husband for no specific reason mentioned (ie anniversary, birthday). Then again, it's television...

Well date night is big now for people who are married.  The people I work with I hear talk with each other plan like one night a month to do something together just as a couple.  I kind of was thinking that's what it was on the tv show.

You ever heard of DINS (Duel Income No Sex)?  That's true for thousands of married couples today.  They are too busy and too tired to hook up.

The show wasn't what I would call great but it wasn't terrible either.  Deborah's character was just annoying enough without being obnoxious.  If the character had been too mean or arrogent then it wouldn't have been believeable.  Deborah looked great though.

It seems like a lot of TV shows don't make it past two seasons now.
