Forum accounts clear up

To clear up the forum a bit, the following user accounts have been removed;

+ If there were multiple user names registered under one IP number (spammers).
+ User accounts that have not had activity since the beginning of 2009 AND have never posted to the forum.
+ User accounts that were transfered from the old forum to this one, and have never posted to this forum.

This means the number of users signed up to the forum has gone down, but there's no need to keep accounts that are no longer being used, or were spammer accounts.
