Deborah annouced her website:
starting to air on June 29 Burger King commercial/endorsement for new A1 Steaksauce Burger at Burger King!
So, I was keeping it under wraps til I shot it but, I just finished doing a spot for the new A1 Steaksauce Burger at Burger King!
A pic will follow soon that will reveal my co-stars : )
It was kitschy and tongue in cheek and directed by one of my fave music video directors!

Why do I get this feeling that either Tiffany or Samantha Fox, if not both of them, are also going to be in this commercial? I hope not! I'm sure her co-star is the creepy burger king guy. Curious to see what it is all about but won't make me want to get A-1 steak burger. I hate Burger King! |

Also don't like Burger King (nor burger places in general) and that creepy mascot. Though I actually find the Sir Mix-A-Lot/SpongeBob parody funny.
Keep in mind that it's not the first fast food commercial she did since she appeared in a commercial for Wendy's in the mid '80's.
I think that director's name is Jim Yukich though not sure. I strongly doubt it's Spike Jonze or Michel Gondry.

Come to think of it, I wonder if it's a parody though some people didn't get the joke about the seasponge since it was to get adults to buy the kids' meal for their kids/younger siblings and airs on "grown-up" channels not the other way around.
Though the song's to promote the new burger.
Can't think of anybody besides a few already mentioned.

Yeah I knew some people who back in HS got sick on some food at the local Burger King it was the start of my Junior year during the 1994-1995 school year I haven't been there since. Thank god at least BK isn't making Deb into a bobble head like they did with Bengals QB Carosn Palmer.

There's a current Buger King commercial that parodies QVC (a home shopping channel).
I used to eat at Buger King (and McDonalds) as a kid, though now I prefer Subway.
