While it may appear as a  documentary like "The Decline of Western Civilization", it's actually a music video compilation with hard rock artists with 10 music videos from the '80's with big hair, spandex, pyrotechnics/smoke machines, and scantly clad women...

Favorites included:

Scorpions "Rhythm Of Love"...while it's not among their greatest songs, the campy futuristic video is fun to watch with various rock video cliches.

Cinderella "Gypsy Road"... cool video featuring the band hanging around in Yucatán Peninsula, Mexico.

Warlock "All We Are"...Basically REM "Everybody Hurt", but with explosions and metal music
 
L.A. Guns "Sex Action"... various band members caught  in a sex scandal, which attracts the tabloids

Bon Jovi  "Wild in the Streets"... typical concert footage video, though a good song
