Deb-Ski and forum moved again (final move)

The deb-ski website and forum were moved yesterday to another machine at the new provider, the site was down for about three hours whilst the change occurred.

The move will allow the use of https in the future on the deb-ski and forum website.

No other moves are now needed for a loooong time, no issues have popped up from this latest move.
