Eighties teen pop sensation DEBBIE GIBSON is planning a very sexy St. Valentine's Day (14Feb10) with her doctor boyfriend after his diet plan helped her lose 20 pounds (nine kilograms).
The Shake Your Love hitmaker admits she feels "hotter and more in control," after her weightloss, adding, "It's even improved my sex life."
The 39 year old tells In Touch magazine her new look is all thanks to boyfriend Dr. Rutledge Taylor's Better Than Lipo diet.
She explains, "My metabolism has definitely slowed down, so some weight came on really fast.
"I was hiding it really well, but I was a good 15 pounds heavier than I wanted to be. People should focus on good health first and foremost, but I realised that I feel best when I'm at my leanest, and I wanted to get a grip on this when I was only a little overweight, as opposed to letting it get away from me.
"So, I decided to try my boyfriend's programme, which is called Better Than Lipo... I'm at 114 pounds. I was OK at my previous weight, but I felt like my inner diva did not match my outer diva."

Please don't get upset but that white bikini photo kind of is scary I know it's Deb's life but we all remember what Nicole Richie used to look like before she had children and married.  Deb's starting to look like her in that photo.  I mean look at her legs you can see her hip bone.   Can we say red flag.

I think she needs to gain a little of her weight back.  I lost
20 pounds in the last few months and I don't want to look anything like Deb is now.   she really scaring me by this.

Erica, I do agree that too. I DON'T LIKE the 1st bikini pic. I WAS SHOCKED to see that.

I don't like either, she needs to gain a little bit of weight. The white bikini pic is a little scary, you can totally see her rib cage. At a 114 pounds, I weight 10 pounds more than her and I'm 5 inches shorter too. I think she would have look better with a more modest swimwear, she look too expose. I just loved her look during TWYH era she looked so beautiful and healthy.

Oh no!  It's worse that I thought.  She has lost WAY too much weight.  If her boyfriend is the one that's pushed her to do this then she needs to rethink her relationship with him.  Those pics are grotesque.

Hey just a thought and question do you guys might think all this is going on  because Deb might be having some mental Mid life crisis about turning 40 deep down and is acting out by doing this?  I kind of been thinking that since her last Birthday with all this diet stuff she been talking about.   It's like people change and grow in life but this drastic its like something wrong with her mental out look or something.

I agree with you I am starting to not believe her after seeing this and think it's a I she about to turn 40 and want to look younger issue.

That is a possibility.  Either that or L.A. is beginning to exert its influence on her.  For those that think I never criticize or disagree with anything she does I haven't had a problem with career things that Deborah has done in the past except for one thing.  I have never liked her decision to move to L.A.  She's a New York woman through and through and L.A. just doesn't fit her style.  I just hope and pray that she gets the hell out of there and gets back to New York where as she put it once "the people are more real."  This to me is just nothing but Hollywood nonsense.  She needs to get that weight back on her body ASAP.
