I don't know if he would be considered an actor but Super Dave Osbourne has to be one of the most annoying people on TV. I just don't get him at all.

Don't see the appeal of "30 Rock" since it's just another generic sitcom and Tina Fey's average, IMHO.

Seth McFarlane... not exactly an actor since he's more of a creator of a few prime time cartoons, but he's far from the best (more mediocre)

Director Robert Zemeckis
Granted that he directed great movies like "Back To The Future", "Who Framed Roger Rabbit?", and "Forrest Gump", but in the past decade he mostly does overly creepy motion capture (ie realistic looking CGI) movies.
