Found the MTV special "When Bad Videos Happen to Good Artists" from 2001

"No one hit wonders or hasbeens"  ::)

MTV "When Bad Videos Happen to Good Artists" or acts MTV kissed upon with a few token clips added

Though their lists tend to be very biased, this isn't any different and most of the songs and clips are now forgotten. Especially by the late 1990's, MTV was more focused on non-music programs and VH1 only played them during the night hours.
