Deb on "That 80's Show"
« on: April 02, 2018, 07:46:40 AM »
Somewhat appropriate to post on April's Fool  ;D

Deb as Janice, the overly perky customer who demands a refund from "That 80's Show"

12:40, Deb sings a bit of "My Favorite Things" from "The Sound of Music"

Personally, Deb very much stole the show with Janice's exaggerated persona, which in retrospect was like a cross between Peg Bundy, Flo the Progressive Spokeswoman, and a bit of Deb herself since she has a theatrical background. It was one of the final episodes of the short lived "That '80's Show", which had some potential but fell flat.

If "That 80's Show" had lasted another season, "Janice" would've been tiresome if became a recurring character since she's very one note. Same with the rest of the characters since most are based on 80's stereotypes (ie Valley Girl, Yuppie,) that have been done much better in other tv shows and movies.
